Ohio Nature & Scenic
Ohio Nature is a spectacular experience year-round. There are 74 state parks in Ohio that supply refuge from daily life. Ohio is still one of the few states in the country that does not charge a general admission or parking fee at its 74 state parks. Most day use facilities, including trails, beaches, picnic areas, boating, and fishing facilities are free of charge. Wayne National Forest is the only National Forest and Cuyahoga Valley National Park is the only park designated as a National Park, in Ohio.
Many of the counties in Ohio have county wide park systems along and local parks.
However, this site contains some of my photographs in NE Ohio. This is what I do to reduce stress. Most of the photographs here are available as framed prints. A small portion are photo-illustrations, none are created with AI. This page is a work in progress as my nature photography began 30 years ago.
